We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If a return request is made after this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund in line with our policy.
Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped. Our store processes orders on the same day they are placed, and the warehouse’s automated system typically completes the shipping preparation within 1 hour (same day).
As long as the cancellation request is made before shipping and within the time frame allowed on our website, the order can be successfully cancelled. In practice, customers need to submit the cancellation request within 2 hours (same day) after placing the order.
For returns due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Items must be returned in a clean, unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.
Products that show signs of heavy use or cannot be resold in ‘as new’ condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
Please send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue — unfortunately, we cannot accept text-only descriptions as evidence.
Once confirmed, we will cover the return postage and offer you a full refund.
Alternatively, we can send you a brand new replacement and offer a discount as a goodwill gesture.

To locate your order number, we will need:

You can find the order number on your account, your packing slip, or in your order confirmation emails.
Please use a cardboard box to ship your return and include a paper with your order ID inside the package.
Fill up any excess space using packing peanuts or bubble wrap to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Damaged returns due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Please contact us first to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary losses. The return address is not the same as the one on the parcel’s label; we will provide the specific return address.

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process a return once it has been delivered to our warehouse.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of processing.
For US credit cards, refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear.
For international credit cards, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days or longer, depending on your financial institution's policy.

You can keep any free gifts that came with your order.
We do not provide return labels nor cover the cost for domestic or international returns, except in specific situations.
We highly recommend saving your return tracking number until you receive confirmation from us that your package has been processed.
Always take a photo of your return slip from the courier, as it may help if your package is lost during transit.
Refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received safely back to our company. However, a claim can be filed if you provide a tracking number showing confirmed delivery.
Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable and may be deducted from your refund.
Partial refunds may apply in certain situations:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must cover the shipping cost.
If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, we will cover the shipping fee.
Cancellations for personal reasons will incur a 15% cancellation fee on all orders.
If a customer needs to return a product, the product must be packed in the original box. If the original box is lost, the customer will need to pay an additional £15.
If either of the following situations occur, the customer will bear an additional shipping fee of £30:
Delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The customer refuses to accept the package or does not pick it up upon delivery.
